Had almost no doughnuts or anything really to eat, the coffees and drinks we got were not made well at all. Service acted like bothered them to make your order

Ordered online so proof of what I ordered. Had to have my order corrected 3 times, then was told I had to have a mask on to be inside. I WOULDNT HAVE TO BE IN THERE 3 TIMES WITHOUT A USELESS MASK IF YOU MADE MY COFFEE CORRECT! Avoid this dunking and go to the boardwalk location. Haven't had an issue there. Friendlier staff and cleaner.

Who doesn't like Dunkin Donuts especially if you make $14 and hour working there???
This is one of the many Dunkin Donuts in Ocean City MD we stopped and grabbed a chocolate frosted for Tony and I got Heart shaped Bavarian Cream Powder sugar....ummm so warm fresh and GOOD

I recently ordered an ice coffee and I asked for extra cream and sugar . what I got was an ice cold cup of dissatisfaction and disappointment. If this is the type of business your running where you can handle the simplest of task you might wanna go back sweeping the floor and doing the dishes . Never tasted anything this bad you all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

The sandwich was at least hot and I would give the egg and cheese portion of the sandwich I got a date out of 10. However, my everything bagel I got my sandwich on was very hard seem to be very old and I would rate the bagel a 3 out of 10. I have been too many different Dunkin donuts hundreds of times and this experience was subpar. Also, the hash browns were disgusting.

Not the best Dunk donuts experience, as the staff were very quick to get you taken Care of and staff lacked any customer service skills. In their defense, i get the fact that its summertime and they have to keep the rush of customers down, so speed is probably their focus. Overall, my donuts and coffee were still Dunkin quality so I'm fine.

Bagel was cold and hard. Coffee was hot but not the Dunkin standard that I am used to from back home.
I was truly happy when I saw where we would be staying only a block from ddnuts! I'll go there another one that's about 10 miles away..
