Went to the bar @ Schooner's everyday of stay. Great friendly bartenders, intimate atmosphere. Well stocked bar with something for everyone. Got snacks during happy hour and they were really good.

I've stayed here before wasn't impressed. But now I'm happy with new upgrades, new staff, new outdoor furniture seating. I recommend ordering from the menu. Services was friendly and attentive. If you came here before you should come back to check it out again.

This place is a hidden gem! Had a large party for Thanksgiving dinner and the food was fantastic!! If they keep doing holiday dinners I might have a new tradition.

This is our first visit to Ocean City, MD. We decided to try this restaurant as we are staying in the hotel. We got the buffet and the food was terrible. The eggs were crusty from sitting out so long. The waffles and French toast were lukewarm at best. The sausages were dry and the cheese blintzes were hard and didn't taste good at all. The service wasn't great either. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Service was poor. Several other parties were complaining as well, specifically about wait times, cost and food. Non-alcoholic beverages we're $5 a piece including a cup of coffee and a children's apple juice. To add salt to the wound, the waitress brought my daughter an apple juice when we asked for a orange juice. When we informed her of the mistake, we were charged for both. The restaurant was not crowded, so the lack of attention by the wait staff, excessive delay for a breakfast preparation, and cost of food is a head scratcher. I have fond memories of this restaurant as a kid tagging along on conferences my father attended at the Princess Royale... It's definitely changed for the worse. With so many options to eat in Ocean City, I'd avoid this establishment (for breakfast at least) as you can get much better food and service for your money else where.

We were staying at the hotel and had the pleasure of enjoying their restaurants food... we are a vegan family and were beyond impressed by their beyond burger... it was done to perfection and the kids gave it two thumbs up. 👍🏻 their strawberry fruit bar was the perfect completion to a delicious dinner. The restaurant and the service are 5 ⭐️

Very bad service by Manager Henry and Waitress Laura. This place needs to be investigated because Laura would serve certain groups while refusing to serve others, even after she was told twice to serve them. The second time she was told, Laura lied saying she had served them and had not. I waited an hour, myself, watching Laura serve other patrons while the rest of us complained but were ignored. The host brought me my food after I complained again, but it was cold and without utensils nor a drink. I waited 5 minutes more thinking the rest would now come but no one returned, except Laura to serve only certain patrons. I asked to speak to Manager Henry and he defended Laura and supported how we were treated: He said Laura doesnt speak english, told me there is no corporate to report to (yet he is the manager and not an owner, they are under contract with Princess Royale so that is incorrect; and not to mention reporting to government agencies). Henry also told me he needs to hear “her side,” offered no apology, offered no compensation nor discount, and smirked, “well, did you ever get your utensils?” In the end, I was denied services that others received and other like patrons complained of similar. I think these good reviews are either fake, written by the patrons they prefer to serve, or were done when the restaurant was under better management.
