Quick and kind service, but food and drinks were just eh. Definitely not authentic tacos, enchiladas etc. and the margaritas were very sour mixy, didn’t even finish ours. Seafood enchiladas definitely not worth $22😅

Drinks are better than the food. Initially, I chose Juan Ton Tacos but, by 6pm, those were nonexistent (I was told only so many were prepped for the day) so I ordered Grilled Tuna Tacos (crispy shell = 3) and Steak Tacos (soft shell = 3) to go. Ordered House Margarita while waiting, 1 shot of Teremana Tequila Reposado (yes, Dwayne the Rock Johnson's co.) as well, accompanied by complimentary Chips & Salsa. Waited about 10-15 mins, then food was ready. Tacos traveled 10 mins to destination. Steak was chewy on the soft tacos - we cut it up into smaller palatable pieces - and Grilled Tuna was under seasoned (Crunchy Shells didn't remain crunchy, but we suspected they wouldn't for ride home.) Cilantro Rice & Pinto Beans were fine. House Margarita on point, and a wide range of variable tequilas makes this a great place for spirit connoisseurs. Decor seems outdated, but forgivable given the pandemic has shortened services for such a retrofit. Staff was friendly, attentive, both at bar & up front.

I’ve been going here for a long time, and while it definitely is a little pricey I think it’s more than worth it! I love the margaritas and the chimichangas are scrumptious! Our servers name was Bella and she did a fantastic job, we will be back next year!

Cute atmosphere and good drinks, but the food is just so-so. I had been here once before and gotten the chicken quesadilla but didn’t care for it. I decided to give the chicken quesadilla another try, but unfortunately the chicken in it was still so dry and flavorless, no seasoning whatsoever. The portions are decent though. And the drinks were pretty good, we got the black raspberry and frozen strawberry margaritas. The staff were all very friendly too. Would definitely come back for drinks at the bar, but nothing else.

Great food, service, punny menu, and amazing drinks! Mexican style food in a casual Mexican style restaurant. Fresh salsa. So many flavors of margaritas it's hard to choose. The black raspberry margarita tastes like sherbet and is the main reason I will be visiting again!

We absolutely loved this restaurant. The food is great, the staff is so nice and welcoming, the restaurant itself is actually really nice on the inside and well divided. We were 5 and were both immediately seated and attended in a matter of minutes after going inside.
We had a burrito, tacos, quesadillas, and drinks and everything came out within 15-20 minutes after ordering, very hot and perfectly condiment balanced. We would've liked more spicy food, but we completely understand that not everyone likes that so we just used the Cholula spice bottles present at the table for more kick. I had the Beanie Burrito and, personally, I absolutely loved it, it was delicious and so so filling.
We also had a Cuba Libre, margarita, and Piña Colada, and, while they may not have been the very best we've tried, they were definitely up there with the good ones.
The pricing is also not bad, everything is appropriately priced for the quality and quantity you get, again, I know that everything is relative, but for our purposes, the price was very within our reach.
I definitely recommend coming here if you're ever in OC and want to try something good~♡

It’s been a while since we’ve eaten here….a little disappointed this go around. Ordered the. Hips and queso…it was ok. I had the shrimp tacos, and husband ordered the tequila burrito.
The shrimp tacos had what I imagine was supposed to be slaw with them. It was extremely hard cabbage. I know the base of any slaw is cabbage but it was hard and tasteless. The soft taco shells were oversized, almost for a burrito, and ended up ripping off most of the shell as it was just overwhelming the rest of the food. Menu says that it’s supposed to be served with rice and regrows beans but the proportions don’t exactly match. Rice was tasteless and the refried beans were like concrete.
The tequila burrito was also something that wouldn’t be ordered again. The chicken had no flavor at all and seemed like it was just wrapped
Up in a shell and then smothered in a mess.
For $60 for 2 carryout meals, pretty disappointed.

The staff with whom I interacted were certainly kind and helpful, but the food here was quite disappointing. We got soft chicken tacos, the beef quesadilla, tortilla soup, and chips and guacamole. The chips and soup were OK. The quesadilla was marketed as spicy but definitely was neither spicy not flavourful. But most disappointing were the tacos - the meat was dry and without seasoning and the tortillas were too large for tacos.
They may have other offerings that merit a more positive review, but authentic Mexican fare this is not.
