Dunkin'

Came here at 7:11, girls didn’t mix the drink. There was an inch of sugar on the bottom. I go back in and say “hey this isn’t good”. And they tell me that is how it’s made. I ask for another one to be made with less sugar. They are just gabbing about working tomorrow and eating by the front. Needless to say, worst service on closing shift. I’ll never be back.

Not sure why I continue to visit this location, I leave disappointed more than satisfied. Many times I told myself I'm going to leave a review and never did. Many times I said I won't go back but I do because of their location. Enough is enough. Their hash browns are always overcooked and dried out like they reheated yesterday's leftovers. Ordered snacking bacon which is supposed to have 8 pieces, I got 4 pieces of cold dry bacon. And I had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring out a warm bottle of water. Never told me they didn't have any cold bottles, or offer a refund. Gave them a 1 star because the coffee was good and because I can't give them a 0.. Maybe they should just stick to what they do best - coffee & donuts.

Its a pity and shame for the company to have hired people to work who work with no integrity or honor of the least, for the company. Both the shell opener and the dunkin donuts opening managers or whatever job class title they hold. They both in cahoots slacking with opening, refusing to service customers, all while, every other gas service station is welcoming all forms of business. I would love to speak with a store manager or district manager concerning hours of operation because these two pick and choose when they want to open .
