Dunkin'

I decided to make a quick Dunkin’ run this morning since I just got off work and I was greeted by the sweet voice of Caitlyn. She was spunky and friendly over the intercom and she was patient with me. I loved that interaction with her! I pulled up to the window and met Mr. Edward who was kind and gentle. He was very sweet and brought my food to me over by the front of the store. He wished me a very happy good day and just like that he went right back to work. This may seem like a normal interaction between employee and customer, but I haven’t seen it in quite sometime. I felt like I was treated like a person and that they were happy to be there that morning. It absolutely made my morning and 100% made my day go a heck of a lot smoother than it was going. All love to Caitlyn & Edward!! So happy to have interacted with you today.

I've been here a few times and the guy making drinks is really nice and he tries to go as fast as possible. I like doing store pick up because their drive thru is so small and I have a large vehicle and all I can say is if you do store pick up wait 15 to 20 minutes to give them time. Both times I came this last week I've had to stand waiting for my drink (I came 10 minutes after ordering) again no big deal.

This Dunkin Donuts is amazing. Trust me I always tell it like it is. I went in got a cup of coffee and it was so good. I bought a second cup. So it was good and made just the way I like it. I got double chocolate donuts, a ham/egg/cheese sandwich, chocolate glaze and Boston cream donuts. My daughter got a blue raspberry coolatta. This Dunkin is clean and roomie. The staff is friendly and polite. And the food and drinks served promptly. This location is set back - so if you do not look you will miss it. I had to find a landmark to get to it. Enjoy
