They are really good here. They did miss one drink. We were in the drive up, when we went to the pickup window. We received our order, except one drink. When we asked for it, they did not charge us. Excellent customer service. They may end up being our go to DD. Two thumbs up. New girl at the counter and she was great.

Had ordered on line was good picked up within 10 minutes . This place was clean and employees where friendly and helpful. You can seat outside. Free parking and. Handicap parking not Handicap friendly when entering the building. They have a Drive Through

I prefer Dunkin’ Donuts to Starbucks or any other coffeehouse. This Dunkin’ Donuts has a couple staff members that make delicious lattes and Americanos. It’s also a Baskin-Robbins so you can take the kiddos here when you get yourself a coffee.

Dunkin on Silver Springs Blvd is usually very good. Early in the morning the donuts are fresh & fantabulous 😋
Good service depends on who's on & what mood their in-which is why they get a 3 & I'm being generous. They need to be welcoming considering we're spending the money.
Overall I will give them five stars for when they're really up and running well because not everybody's cheery

This Dunkin is basically my go to! I NEVER EVER HAVE AN ISSUE HERE! THE MORNING WORKERS AND ESPECIALLY THE GUY THAT WORKS MORNING I FORGOT HIS NAME BUT HES WONDERFUL! THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. THEY LITERALLY KNOW THEIR CUSTOMERS! I freaking love this place and honestly it's the staff that makes it amazing or I'd be going to Starbucks if it wasn't for them being such great people! Idk what's up with the bad reviews bc I HAVE NEVER had one bad experience here! I understand the drive thru timer which should not even exist so I'll ask them myself do u want me to pull up.

Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins. They have a good selection of ice cream. The service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately, they do not have spoons. Not for samples or your order. Bring your own spoon.

First time here in Florida.
Went through the drive thru and got coffee and donuts.
Ordered cake donuts and got regular, Two with chocolate and two with maple.
Donuts were good but most of the toppings stuck to the bag.
This was the first time I could even get close to the drive thru, at peak hours good luck!

I love this Duncan. They can go through the car line fast. Staff's really friendly everything is what you think it is. If you don't know what Dunkin' donuts is then I don't think I can help you with the review. Don't be intimidated by the car line

I ordered a dozen donuts of a 12 that was delicious,Bavarian Creme,Boston Creme,Lemon Custord,and Blueberry!{I can say um,so YUMMY TO MY TUMMY!}I can recommend Dunkin Donuts sorry we can only give you a 5 star review when you of Dunkin Donuts deserve more stars than 5!{NEXT Baskin Robbins with the mint,cherry,and Pistachios Icecream!}
