I love this place for a quick lunch. Order from a kiosk and within 10 minutes you're eating your meal. I can't believe more people don't eat here, especially with the price of a meal being so low compared to other fast food joints. The burgers are tasty, the stuff is all fresh, and they use good pickles, which is not common anymore. 5 stars all around. Customer service here is also worth mentioning, they create a great dining atmosphere.

Really liked the new kiosk, self-order concept and food came out faster than ever. Shakes were made in about 5 min.

I get excited every time for the shakes because lord have mercy I drool just looking at the menu while ordering…..BUT ….but … I don’t know if it’s just this location or what (don’t worry I’ll go try other locations as well) but …. I’m not scraping the bottom of my cup for the last drop, or swinging my head back while patting the cup for that ONE sprinkle I missed ….. !?! I don’t even get to the bottom of the cup!!?!?!? That’s a problem! Positive side to this is my kid always gets extra… so he’s with the 5 star … =] their Frisco melts make up for shake sadness atleast!

I’ve gone to this steak and shake off silver springs BLVD by the Walmart, for years. It was closed down for Covid a few years ago but has since reopened. In the past food was good but service not great. This time around ( just today 9/5/23) I got a burger. The girl on the speaker asked what she could make fresh for me. And the burger came out as the freshest hottest burger and fries I’ve ever had at any food drive through. Ever!!!! I recommend this location to anyone and everyone. They are doing it right. Hot fresh and delicious!! As promised. The girl At the window was calm, courteous and very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name! But a very incredible refreshing experience all the way around. Go see them. You won’t be disappointed!!

Value menu is still affordable and good food quality for fast food. They also have delicious real ice cream shakes with 1/2 price happy hour 2-4.

The burger is good. The problem is getting the order right. Of the 4 times that I have been there, the order was correct once either Onions are added when the burger was ordered with Lettuce tomato and pickles. Got the burger with onions. One time, nothing was put on. Good food. You definitely need to check your order before you leave.

Very friendly. Nice & courteous. Food was great tasting The negative: employee mopping floor by us with water, it was disgusting. He could have started in the closed off area away from customers, instead of same area by by customer table.
