Hire people who can listen and count. When you order 12 pc chicken nuggets DO NOT ring them up for a meal and ask what drink. When you get an order for 12 pc chicken nuggets DO NOT rip of your customer and give them 8 and a small chunk of breading. They also completely messed up the name but I do not agree with the whole name for an order anyway. Just give people a NUMBER!!!!

I had to make a quick trip to Ocala to help a friend. I was starving and decided to go with a “sure to please” restaurant. Chic Fil A never lets me down. My friend and I stopped in for a quick meal before making the long drive home. As usual the meals were delicious! The drive thru was extremely fast. The service was exceptional. Payton even suggested their honey roasted BBQ to complement the nuggets. What a wonderful establishment.

Long wait for order. You place your order and wait for worker to call your name. The worker did not speak loud enough for anyone to hear their name plus her wearing a mask muffles her speech. Should use number system. Spicy chicken sandwich not at all spicy.

Friendly staff. Took our order while we waited in line. Only had a couple minute wait but we had fresh macaroni and cheese. One of our sandwiches was missing the pickles but they gave us some on the side to rectify. Chicken was very tender!

Very poorly run. Horrible wait times. 30 plus minutes in the curbside. They mark orders ready so it looks good but then 20 minutes wait. Don't go here!
