Cracker Barrel Old Country Store delivered the quintessential Cracker Barrel experience – prompt service, familiar comfort, and delicious food. The food was served fast and it was delicious with huge portions. The only downside to the experience was the 15 minute wait in line to pay. I like the concept of keeping servers out of the payment process. There should be a floater to help when lines build. Only 1 cashier couldn't process payments fast enough. Maybe a self checkout system could help. The tools are there to do so. It won't stop me from returning, but I know it's not a eat quick and leave choice when limited on time.

My wife and I ate Thanksgiving dinner at the Cracker Barrel in Ocala, FL. We thought it was going to be busy, but it was actually pretty quick service. We were seated as soon as we walked in and waited less than 10 minutes for our food. The portion was plentiful and everything was so delicious. We thank the waitress and the staff for making our holiday meal pleasant. Happy Thanksgiving!

We have 6 with a baby our waitress was great prompt and friendly. Our food came relatively quickly and cooked exact to order. Atmosphere was friendly and music was light and anjoyable. The cashier was friendly and allowed us to split the bill with no attitude. Store part was clean and well stocked. Will eat here again. 99 out 100 cause no one gets 100 all the time and they did last time I was there.

First off we always stop at the Cracker Barrels to eat when we travel. We have stopped at this location twice now on our travels up North. Superb service, order cooked perfect for hubby and I. I have nothing negative to share. Our waitress whose name was Amy (spelling may be wrong) ….was on it with service and compassion. My husband always orders Momma’s Pancake breakfast so I can eat one pancake of his and I order The Old Timers. My momma used to make the best pancakes in the world. When I was a little girl I would wake up sometimes in the middle of the night and she would make me pancakes from a cast iron skillet. You know the kind, moist and soft inside with crispy edges. The kind that are simply amazing. Well Cracker Barrel makes them almost exactly like she did. My momma died in 2017. I miss her every day of my life. While we were eating there i suddenly realized these pancakes were exactly like my moms, it could have been hers and I was suddenly back in time sharing a pancake with my mom. I started to cry. Crying and eating pancakes brought over my waitress. We shared a moment in time of comfort and compassion. Cracker Barrel is a great place to eat but it’s the quality of staff that truly make a restaurant inviting and prosperous. The entire staff was wonderful but I’ll never forget Amy. Bless you Amy and your beautiful soul. You took the time to comfort a stranger who was just passing by. I’ll never forget you. We will make sure to stop by here on our travels again! I bought a large pink Christmas Light up Bulb while there in remembrance of your waitress Amy and my mom. Keep the light shining Amy!

I recently “brunched”at Cracker Barrel in Ocala, Florida, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The manager, Ray, and our waitress, Tonya, made our visit truly memorable. The food was impeccably prepared, showcasing the quality I've come to expect from this well-known national chain. From the delicious comfort food to the delightful beverages, every bite was a treat. What truly stood out was the remarkable service. Tonya was not only attentive but also quick and thorough. She made sure our drinks were always topped up and checked on the quality of our food, ensuring our satisfaction throughout the meal. Overall, I highly recommend Cracker Barrel in Ocala, Florida. It's an excellent example of what this chain restaurant can deliver in terms of both food and service. Thanks to Ray, Tonya, and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

Stopped into this particular Crackerbarrel on the beginning of a long road trip from Fort Myers to Dallas…and what stood out the most was definitely the service. Our waitress, Ginger, was very kind and attentive. We came in hungry, thirsty and hardly waited at all to get our food. Refills were also extremely quick! Overall, I was really happy with how we were treated. The food options are what you would find at your typical Cracker Barrel. It definitely lived up to expectations but wasn’t amazing or anything. My pancakes were actually overcooked a bit which was disappointing. I did love the cute syrup bottles they included though! Eggs, toast, bacon and sugared ham were all excellent as well. Price here is really unbeatable for what you get. As they advertise… 20 meals less than $12 and they aren’t kidding. So extremely reasonable it definitely adds some enjoyment to the meal. It was a bit understaffed for the amount of customers but they were definitely making it work. Spacious parking lot and country store has great options. I hadn’t been to a Cracker barrel in years prior to this and not much has changed!

We stopped here on our trip home. This was the best Cracker Barrel we've been to out of dozens! Brenda was an amazing server, and we could tell she actually enjoyed what she does and loves to make people happy. She was such a joy. I usually get the bacon and egg hashbrown casserole at each location we visit. This one was the absolute best prepared! The cook did awesome. My boyfriend got a new biscuit Benedict meal and loved it. It came with two sides. Brenda also brought out biscuits early for us to share since we were so hungry. Will definitely chose this location next time we are traveling on highway 75!

I love coming here an the time the good is amazing and I have never had a bad experience with the staff. It's never too cold in there so if you easily are cold no worries about that here. Even when there's a lot of people the wait is very very short. The take out is amazing quality just like you'd get in the restaurant and you can't find that in a lot of places.

Over 30 members of our motorcycle club visited this Cracker Barrel restaurant for breakfast this morning (we did contact them ahead of our visit). We received great food, excellent service, and had a good time. We appreciate that they staffed up and were well prepared for our visit. We will definitely return to this Cracker Barrel.
