Had to wait in the bathroom stall for someone to bring me toilet paper. The staff member who came in was super quick and attentive. The ceiling in the dining area.... I'm not sure it's supposed to look like this?.

Soup was plated first and sat in the window, as shown in photo, and was seriously cold before the sandwiches were done. Sloppy plating and Cold. Not a good combo.

Lucas is absolutely wonderful! Everytime I come in he always has a smile on his face and is so personable, I thoroughly enjoy coming in when he’s around because he makes the experience so much better! We love this Panera.

Good Food. Soup stayed hot through to the last bite. Everything has been Fresh, second time here. No waiting, customer service fast, seemed flustered though at customers taking time to order. No one smiled. I felt rushed. I wanted to order a few other things but didn't want to bother the person at the register. There was no line and no one behind me. So I don't know what that was about. Overall good place to eat.

Panera bread offers good eating with an emphasis on their baked goods. Their salads and sandwiches, coffees, good Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor seating. If your regular there's a coffee club to save on your daily or weekly coffees. They have an app so you can order ahead. My only "even better if" is the availability of more low carb alternatives. It's a nice place to meet people and talk, a good place to get some work done, or to enjoy the outside seating weather permitting. I suspect you could sit with your dog outside.

Great variety of food choices from pasties to sandwiches, soups to salads. I chose their pick 2 option and ordered their new Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken and their Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT. I wasn't sure which drink I would like best so I got a Strawberry Smoothie. The food was very colorful and full of flavor. Carmen did a great job taking our order. I got a Chocolate Chip cookie, which Olivia was happy to help and when requested showed me the 2 sizes cups came in. One of my party asked the manager for her name but she did not give it. It is possible that she thought we were kidding when we asked for it. I was impressed with their choices on teas and fruit juices to choose from especially since they were unsweetened and they give you the option to choose how much sweetener to add.
