Carrabba’s is our go to spot because of the cozy atmosphere, great food and impeccable service. Allison does an amazing job at this location, as proprietor. She’s also friendly and eager to create a place of warmth and welcome. JP is a bright addition to this location, as a manager. Every time we are there (at least once a week) he is constantly moving and always jumping in to help where needed. His interaction with guests is outstanding. Bartenders Princess, Kelly, Sarah and Hannah are always attentive to our needs and treat us like family. Keep up the incredible work team.. and we’ll see you at the next Wine Dinner! Steven & James.

This is our second time having Kristina serve us. She is amazing. She knows the menu and offers specials, and is super friendly without hovering. Food and ambiance is great but Kristina steals the show.

Chelsea was by far the best server that I’ve ever had at this Carrabbas. I’ve come here often over the last decade. She was excellent in every way. Prompt service, drinks refilled often; timing was on. She was pleasant and friendly!

I stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Trio, which is soup, salad, and an appetizer. It was a great value for $11.99. All was well, except I was given dirty silverware (food was attached to it). The host seemed shocked and gave me another set. I expected a visit from the manager, with an apology, but it didn't happen. The issue probably wasn't conveyed.

Oh my Word!! The lemon butter chicken, (Pollo Rosa Maria) and sautéed spinach, as well as the sausage lentil soup, were EXCELLENT! So so good. The Lasagna was just okay, to my husband. We enjoyed the bread w/olive oil and seasonings, too. Calamari was decent!

The bartender / server in the bar area was very busy but kept up with everyone even the difficult guests.
As soon as I walked the hostess at the front greeted me with a smile and proceeded to direct to where I wanted to be seated.
The food was served I. A timely manner and the only think I have to mention is that the mussels had a thicker sauce more on the sweet side compared to other locations. Other than that everything else was done correctly. I will definitely come

Even though this restaurant is a chain , everything about our experience was perfect. We were seated immediately at mid afternoon. The ambiance was nice with soft jazz and 1940s music. Fresh Italian bread to dip in olive oil and herbs. Yum. Italian salad fresh and delicious. The main dishes were huge and so tasty. Tiramisu soaked in rum topped with chocolate shavings to die for. Will definitely be coming again.

Had been sick had hardly ate anything. Wife took me to Carrabba's Italian Grill. Are and never got sick. Food was glorious! Can't wait to feed off leftovers tonight! Wait staff was so helpful and kind. Prices were way lower than I thought. We will be coming back!

My experience on Friday was beyond satisfactory!!! I had such a pleasant encounter with Chelsea, who was working behind the bar. Chelsea went up and beyond to make sure my needs are catered to. She recommended the Chicken Marsala and Lentil Soup. That was a superb recommendation and I consumed my meal along with Chelsea’s tasty Pomegranate Martini. Excellent Experience and Outstanding Service! Thank you Chelsea!!!
