Always a clean restaurant no matter where it's located! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was really delicious! Chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy inside, crunchy outside! Just enough spice, however I like it spicier but for the average person, it's a tolerable amount of heat! The bun was also very good, not soggy or anything! I love the pickles on it and next time I'll ask for extra pickles because that was good with the spicy chicken. I got a side salad instead of fries and that also was very fresh and a really nice size for being a side salad. There were plenty of cucumbers, cheese and tomatoes in the salad so I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the salad was! The only thing I was bummed out about was I forgot to get some apples with that awesome dip! Next time!!!! PDQ is delicious! ❤️😋 🍗

I'd never been to PDQ. I'm pretty picky about food. Excellent service, and the food was delicious. I had 4 chicken tender (loin)s, Mac and cheese and a large lemonade. I don't know which impressed me the most! The chicken was moist and HOT. Creamy Mac and cheese, lemonade was really on point. I love the creamy garlic sauce too. The cashier tonight was friendly and super helpful. I am visiting and wish PDQ was in my home state! I went to the drive through, but went inside after eating to use the facilities. Restaurant in general was very clean (as was the men's room) and as soon as I walked in someone asked if I needed anything. I didn't, but it's nice to see they were so attentive.
For anyone that doesn't know, the chicken tenders are real tenderloins and NOT just sliced chicken breasts (makes a big difference with the texture and moisture). They aren't white meat "parts" like McDs or BK. More than adequate amount of napkins and condiments included in the bag. They quickly make the food to order, not something that's been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I'll be back again!
Wow, 5 star service from Anna! I loved our food too! The blue cheese dressing with the spicy chicken was very tasty! My kids loved the tour with our middle school group! Thank you PDQ staff! You Rock! 🥰

Love their fries....best waffle fries in the business (yes, superior to CFA!). My greek salad was not worth repeating but fingers were great. Restaurant clean and drink.machine clean.
Today was my family's first time eating/visiting a PDQ restaurant. Our drive thru server Samira was awesome. She was so patient, sweet and helpful with helping us place our first order. She answered all our questions.
Anna who gave us our order was sweet as well. She explained the restaurant app rewards and how to use it.
We ordered:
- Honey Chicken lettuce wrap with zucchini fries and sauce
- 8 piece spicy nuggets with lemonade
- original kids meal nugget meals
We will definitely be returning!
Last week, I made a pickup order and I went into the store to grab it and they had everything that I asked for except the mac and cheese I ordered. I got back to work and realized this and called the store and asked if they could just refund ONLY the mac and cheese. They were very busy that day so I wasn't upset about the missed mac and cheese and understood. I called the store and Victoria and someone else who was very kind of who helped me out and they ended up giving me a full refund just for the "inconvenience" of it all. They were super nice and really patient with me even though I wasn't upset with them or anything. This is top tier customer service and the food I did get was ABSOLUTELY delicious. I will be back VERY soon!!!!!!
I've been here several times since they opened this store. They have, by far, the best chicken! I have been picking out different items each visit to try & they have yet to disappoint! Great atmosphere, the lemonade is superb + delicious food. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. No better place for chicken tenders!
First time trying it, we order through the drive through. You have to go to the first window and order it not through a speaker phone. We had the nuggets 😋 and we absolutely 💯 like them! They are crunchy and not soggy or soft, their dipping sauces are all good but I prefer the BBQ Sauce.
They were really busy and our food was taking a while to cook. The manager gave our kids some cookies while we waited and coupons for a BOGO combo meal for next time. The food was good and staff was so friendly even though lines were out the door.
Didn’t give me over half of my order and then hung up on me. Absolute dog water customer service
UPDATE:
Manager reached out to me and more than took care of the problem. Literally minutes after they opened the next day. Honestly, amazing customer service and while I was originally upset, the way the management handled my problem will give me reason to return alone. I’ve since been back and the food is amazing and the sauces are on point. Very happy with my second trip.
Went with gbabies so family of spent right at 50$, and the forgot a shake and gave us nuggets instead of tenders even though both were on the receipt. This is not a complaint once everything was fixed it was a fabulous meal.
Just a psa to check your order and receipt because even the best can be wrong.
Go here for lunch semi regularly, they are always quick and the food is tasty. The quality can be hit or miss at times (way too much sauce, burnt chicken etc.) but usually it is a good choice
We frequent PDQ. The drive thru is so fast, food is yummy, and their service is top notch. We are also on weight watchers and find the grilled tenders and better side options to be a great choice for "on the go" lunches.
First time at a PDQ. Definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken does taste better 😋!! The waffle fries are better than their competition. The honey mustard sauce is spot on! My order was prompt and ready in minutes.
Was out of town and stopped here for lunch. Had the spicy Jack sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. I wish there was a PDQ close to me because I would go there over chik fila 100% of the time. Staff was super nice and the facility itself was very nice and clean.
Wendy who? This place is fantastic! It was our first time coming here and the food is fresh, staff is friendly and the waffle fries are 10x better than Chic! Will most definitely recommend their Crispy chicken and the tenders!
