Pdq Chicken

Always a clean restaurant no matter where it's located! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was really delicious! Chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy inside, crunchy outside! Just enough spice, however I like it spicier but for the average person, it's a tolerable amount of heat! The bun was also very good, not soggy or anything! I love the pickles on it and next time I'll ask for extra pickles because that was good with the spicy chicken. I got a side salad instead of fries and that also was very fresh and a really nice size for being a side salad. There were plenty of cucumbers, cheese and tomatoes in the salad so I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the salad was! The only thing I was bummed out about was I forgot to get some apples with that awesome dip! Next time!!!! PDQ is delicious! ❤️😋 🍗

Went with gbabies so family of spent right at 50$, and the forgot a shake and gave us nuggets instead of tenders even though both were on the receipt. This is not a complaint once everything was fixed it was a fabulous meal. Just a psa to check your order and receipt because even the best can be wrong.

I've been here several times since they opened this store. They have, by far, the best chicken! I have been picking out different items each visit to try & they have yet to disappoint! Great atmosphere, the lemonade is superb + delicious food. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. No better place for chicken tenders!

Last week, I made a pickup order and I went into the store to grab it and they had everything that I asked for except the mac and cheese I ordered. I got back to work and realized this and called the store and asked if they could just refund ONLY the mac and cheese. They were very busy that day so I wasn't upset about the missed mac and cheese and understood. I called the store and Victoria and someone else who was very kind of who helped me out and they ended up giving me a full refund just for the "inconvenience" of it all. They were super nice and really patient with me even though I wasn't upset with them or anything. This is top tier customer service and the food I did get was ABSOLUTELY delicious. I will be back VERY soon!!!!!!

Today was my family's first time eating/visiting a PDQ restaurant. Our drive thru server Samira was awesome. She was so patient, sweet and helpful with helping us place our first order. She answered all our questions. Anna who gave us our order was sweet as well. She explained the restaurant app rewards and how to use it. We ordered: - Honey Chicken lettuce wrap with zucchini fries and sauce - 8 piece spicy nuggets with lemonade - original kids meal nugget meals We will definitely be returning!

I'd never been to PDQ. I'm pretty picky about food. Excellent service, and the food was delicious. I had 4 chicken tender (loin)s, Mac and cheese and a large lemonade. I don't know which impressed me the most! The chicken was moist and HOT. Creamy Mac and cheese, lemonade was really on point. I love the creamy garlic sauce too. The cashier tonight was friendly and super helpful. I am visiting and wish PDQ was in my home state! I went to the drive through, but went inside after eating to use the facilities. Restaurant in general was very clean (as was the men's room) and as soon as I walked in someone asked if I needed anything. I didn't, but it's nice to see they were so attentive. For anyone that doesn't know, the chicken tenders are real tenderloins and NOT just sliced chicken breasts (makes a big difference with the texture and moisture). They aren't white meat "parts" like McDs or BK. More than adequate amount of napkins and condiments included in the bag. They quickly make the food to order, not something that's been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I'll be back again!
