Worst managed fast food restaurant I've ever been to. First of all, the staff no longer serves @ the drive through and they No longer serve Taco Bell items! When you get to the intercom they say "sorry we ain't serving Taco Bell and you need to come inside to order" ??? What an badly run business. T
Good food, but poor customer service, and it incredibly slow. Is combined with a KFC and often will run out of stuff. One time they even told me they were out of chicken.
This is the slowest KFC/Taco Bell I've ever been to! If you go the drive thru, the wait time is no less than 45 minutes! Matter what day of week or time! I seen people turn their car off while sitting in line!
Had a horrible experience at the drive thru. Waited 25 min just to place my order for Taco Bell, only to find out @ the intercom a small note stating they are only serving KFC. Food was cold. Took forever to get the other half of our order. Dining room was filthy. Only one guy working in the front with a line out the door. Manager came out, looked around and didn't do anything.
The sinkholes are so big and dangerous that it has caused cat damage and neck and back trauma. I will be visiting the Dr tomorrow on 6/13/2022. RIDICULOUS! I KNOW DERN WELL A MANAGER/OWNER/ GENERAL EMPLOYEE have seen and sank deep inside of one of the sinkholes in the parking lot!
