It was close to closing fries were stale, chicken tasted like it was sitting there, kfc bowl didn't taste fresh. Ice tea tasted weird no flavor. Because we left already I couldn't turn around. I would like someone to reach out to me.

June 28, 2022 We ordered take out from the Oakland, NJ branch, Terrible - bucket of chicken, coleslaw, tenders, biscuits and mashed potatoes. The chicken was old, had to be sitting there all day because it was hard, dried out and unedible. The biscuits were hard also. We recieved Mac n cheese, no coleslaw. The mashed potatoes were smaller packs dumped and stuffed into the larger one.
It was disgusting. Never again!

Nice clean and friendly location with easy parking. Drink choices for kids who don’t drink soda and other sugary drinks are limited. Especially for takeout

The restaurant looks great since it is always clean and newly renovated. However, for a place known to have a line, I think that removing the previous barrier for the line versus seating area was a poor choice. Even better, the employees provide great service every time I go there.

This place made me sick. Chicken was old and stail but I thought hey that just crispy right. NO! it was absoulty digusting old hard and no mostuire at all in the inside. This is not the first time this location hasd made this quality of chicken. This location in general is not good with bone in chicken. If you go here just get the tenders they are amazing. Great staff but all around not the best quality of fast food.

Food is disgusting. They also don’t accept AMEX credit cards. Service was exceptionally slow. Mind you I was the only one in the line to order. It’s not like they were busy and there’s no drive through at this location. Won’t be coming back.

The prices at the KFC in Altoona Pennsylvania are crazy., The lobby is not open due to mechanical issues when I walked in the door the guy was very rude saying unless you’re here for a take-out order You’re not allowed to be here go through the drive-through, so I took my business and went elsewhere this place has slowly going downhill since we’ve lived in Altoona what a shame
