7-eleven

This isn't your average 7-11! It has an entire row dedicated to wine. One would think... 1) There's a lot of drunks in Montclair 2) Upscale 7-11 3) There's a lot drunks in Montclair! Just kidding! They do have interesting brands. I've tried Carnivor, Slow Press, Josh and 6 Degrees. I would pass on the 6 Degree and I cook with the Carnivor. My boyfriend likes their glazed donuts. You know the ones with the pink frosting and sprinkles. It's his go to every morning with hazel nut coffee. I like the coffee too! It's not as smooth as Starbucks or rocket fuel like Pete's but it works! Right now your saying, "I'm not reading another one her reviews!" "Darn 7-11 coffee drinker!" LOL Anyways, the store has everything you need to get you by instead of having to drive all the way to the supermarket. The customer service is superb! They're friendly, remember what you buy and if you're short a few bucks they let it slide! Thumbs up Thornhill 7-11!

The day staff is friendly and hospitable. They greet you with a smile and are helpful. The night guy is a dick. He locks the door, doesn't do anything around the shop. The coffee is always empty, I've been there ever since I was a small kid, he's seen me multiple times, and still cards me. He is the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered. Just because you've been held up in Oakland doesn't mean you can lock you door. Go to deep east, all the late night shops have their doors wide open.
