I have always been treated very courteous by every employee. There are some men that work at night that really go out of their way to be helpful. One clerk searched at least 20 containers for me for Carmel mnm's! I couldn't have been more happy

Clerks are rude. There are no set hours-sometimes they are open in the morning, closed in the afternoon, then open in the middle of the night, then closed for days at a time. Makes no sense since this store does a lot of business. The Sinclair mart at the gas station is a better choice , at least in the daytime.

The flow rate of the pump is ridiculous slow. It took me more than 20 minutes to fill up my tank. In addition, the pump does not stop automatically. The diesel spilled on my vehicle and all over the floor. I forgot to take the picture to report this incident to CA EPA. 10/29/2021 --- Per the owner request, I clicked the provided link to report the incident.

The tall guy that always wears a hat is very rude and is the reason I stopped going to 7-Eleven. Him and another short employee that wears glasses are very unprofessional. They go to the back or go outside more than they do their job.

The afternoon Shift crew that tall guy and the tiny girl are always outside or going to the back and leaving the new with dreadlocks by himself and thats not right......But I will say this other guy with nice Long sleeves Tattoos hardworker,super friendly and running both registers cooking food by himself that's a hard worker I prefer him any day of the week

It has been taking over by corporate. In some ways it has got better. Recently though it's closed. Either short staffed, or lunch was one excuse I was told. Or someone was acting up in some form or another
