7-eleven

This is very much not a 24 hour location. They are usually closed by 9pm. And the selection is consistently poor; I’ve personally seen moldy bread, melted ice cream and overripe bananas, and sometimes they’re just out of simple things like Diet Coke. I’d love for them to get their act together because this neighborhood needs a convenience store, but right now this is not it.

This is not a 24 Hour Location. I arrived at 10 PM and they were already close. They have edit their hours for 24 hours but that is wrong so I don’t think that you will get an answer in proper dialogue either because English isn’t the best for them. You can’t even use the ATM, a lot of the food is empty and not refilled, they post signs on the door randomly with no given reason. I guess you can’t expect too much.

Please read if you care about your online business. I am driver who works for years on delivering to the community in Twon. I came to pick up the order and the guy asked me to fill the two big size cup of drink I don’t recognize. I told him I have no idea what drink should I fill them , he said why you are working on delivery 🚚 since you don’t know, at the moment, I said very politely to him, I am a driver and my job to pick up the order not to do it , he was angry with me and he fired me out of store . It’s really very bad customer service for such online businesses.

Sometimes the staff are cool but they close for a long time during late night hours to stock a few things and clean that shouldn't take long at all and make it seem like hard busy work...they will stay closed longer than an hour. Worry about thieves but never has any items that most 7 elevens carry!...they will tell you 2:30-3:30a is closing but will close 2-4a or whatever time they like...never have fresh food leave food in the warmer for hours and tell you its fresh..day shifts talks on his.phone while checking you out then dont hear what you trying to tell him. Sloppy 7 eleven and only hire people they know or in the family because its nothing but eritrians and nobody really does work just check people out

I have been going to the 7-11 4720 macarthur for about two years. They must have changed hands about a year ago because it's mostly run by Ethiopians. Most of them are okay. Which isn't to say very good. But the other day I was accused of stealing sweet and lows after I got a coffee by one of the new, young Ethiopian employees. This has made me feel ridiculous because I'm in my home town a mile from where I grew up. Forget demographics I feel I am experiencing racism of the worst kind and I have since sent a message to the 7-11 company that they better watch out selling an American franchise out to possible Mideastern terrorists.

I went there to get coffee, and was shocked at the DIRT that had builded up on the coffee pots . I address it with a store clerk, and he's states they clean the inside and it was good" I asked how do you expect for me to make a cup of coffee when the pot looks like it's been sitting in the garage? "Oh we clean the inside " I could not get pass the nastiness that covered the pots to fix my coffee!!!
