I've been coming here damn near my entire life. I love theie caramel sundaes! They have a play area for kids and reasonable prices.

The ice cream was delicious! There were six of us in my group, but I got Caramel Cashew and Dark Rasberry Marble in a waffle cone. The employee was all by herself with a big line. She needed help, but she was friendly and was working hard to keep the line moving. I would definitely stop by again if I was passing through the area.

The ladies there are very sweet to me and they are very nice my sister when we go there. They are a little understaffed but I feel like they make it up with kindness! Suggest them always when I want ice cream, especially when if you live near MaCarthur.

Loard's ice cream is always a great experience. My family loves the ice cream, they have several flavors to choose from, and you can taste it before buying it. The older lady that works there is always smiling, very friendly and helpful.

Lord's ice cream makes the best pistachio ice cream in the world. However, for the past few years, they probably have pistachio available maybe 1 day a year. They call it seasonal but a day is not a season imo I dunno

5-Stars for the ice cream. 4-Stars overall just because the place is not brand new, but others actually like the nostalgia. I had strawberry & ube (taro) flavors. The proportion was the most I've been given anywhere, so they are definitely with you in your quest for happiness. Both flavors were creamy (the reason for the 5*s; well, the proportion, too). The strawberry bits were more frozen than I prefer but does not keep me from thinking 5*s. I appreciate that ice cream is not more sweet than creamy.

Got ice cream cones on Saturday with my 3 kids. We all ended up with food poisoning. Called and told the manager and she was very sweet about it but still spent all night throwing up and sleeping on bathroom floor with kids.
