Since this review was originally publish the services had changed a lot. Yes, they made mistakes here and there but have been willing to fix them right the way.

I stop going to the Round table location on Grand Ave because it was very often they will mess up my order
My experience was very good. The best round table customer service I've ever received. It was worth the drive from San Leandro. Every other round table has horrible customer service so walking in was a breath of fresh air.

After getting an order canceled at a local pizza place, we ordered online with Round Table. They called within 10 minutes to go over my order. When we arrived at the restaurant, they did great in making sure our order was ready to go!

Order arrived 15 minutes early during the lunch rush hour, hot and fresh. Quality and taste of food is always consistently delicious at this restaurant. Definitely my goto spot whenever I’m craving pizza!
