Overall nice place to get coffee to go or stay - would be 5 stars if they put in more tables. Barely enough seats for shop its size. Staff is friendly. Best thing is that it's located next door to probably the best French style bakery - La Farine, within a 15 minutes drive radius. So you can grab a great croissant or morning bun or other baked goodies and enjoy with your coffee ;)
This Piedmont Starbucks is THE BEST in customer service, congeniality and efficiency. Harrison allowed me to recover my drink that wasn’t palatable on Friday and get another Saturday that was Fantastico! The barista that made my drink was extremely nice and had it waiting when I entered the store. I was in a hurry to get my grandkids dinner and a movie so Time was of the essence.
I really appreciate super service when I encounter such and I couldn’t get on my flight back to San Diego without letting Starbucks know. These baristas must be commended for their work ethic. Lakeshore was a favorite of mine...now Piedmont is in front✔️🎈💯‼️Merci!
My favorite Starbucks in the world. This has nothing to do with Starbucks or the service, but beware of laptop thieves. And if anyone higher up at starbStarreads this, please consider better security measures, or something that staff can use to shut doors automatically, trapping thieves.
Nice location, among a lot of other local stores. Barista kind enough to offer a fresh pot, as he thought the coffee he poured might not be real fresh. Street parking only as this location does not have a lot. Be aware that the street parking is still paid parking.
Usually my favorite Starbucks. Great place to people watch. Usual Starbucks they used to have great service last 6-7 months have had to deal with snotty baristas that preferred to horse around and hang out in the back giggling over their private jokes. And shoot attitude if you indicate your in a hurry or any other show of inpatients. So much for a hot cupa. Still relitivly short waits except around lunch.

Starbucks should put rubber or plastic tips on the bottom of the chairs so they don't "screech" as the customers pull them out to sit down.
This was a very low keyed store which was refreshing. Not the usual noisy hustle and bustle usual Starbucks. I really enjoyed this place.
