Snack update: this is a dream come true for me. The Palm is serving up delicious Hank's Bagels from down the road, and you can get vegan cream cheese! They have plain, everything, rosemary salt, and cinnamon raisin bagels. They're big, puffy, and delicious.

Extremely bad customer service!! If you order less ice for any reason, the old lady will come out and yell at you. It prompted me to read read reviews on google, and it is a theme here that people get yelled at by employees here lol

My FAVORITE coffee spot since moving to Oakland. I've tried their seasonal Pumpkin Pie Latte and Almond Roca Latte, and both were absolutely delicious and not too sweet.
