Snack update: this is a dream come true for me. The Palm is serving up delicious Hank's Bagels from down the road, and you can get vegan cream cheese! They have plain, everything, rosemary salt, and cinnamon raisin bagels. They're big, puffy, and delicious.

I get Delivered there Italian Roast Organic coffee ☕️ is wonderful a 5lb bag whole bean 🫘 I grind it at home. They are very helpful and sends my order by UPS ground I live in Mission Viejo area I love it.

Extremely bad customer service!! If you order less ice for any reason, the old lady will come out and yell at you. It prompted me to read read reviews on google, and it is a theme here that people get yelled at by employees here lol

Visiting from Seattle. Approx 3:33pm on 01/03/2022. Shot pulled had grinds in it. Coffee is WAY over roasted. Is not decaf as requested. Barista got one of two coffee orders wrong (was an “easy” fix - throw half the coffee out). Mostly disappointing customer service. Surprised because this place has a decent reputation. Is the owner hiring people depending on how low she can pay them…? 2 stars only because they had a cool pin for sale.

My FAVORITE coffee spot since moving to Oakland. I've tried their seasonal Pumpkin Pie Latte and Almond Roca Latte, and both were absolutely delicious and not too sweet. There was only one time the coffee tasted way over roasted but other than that, consistency is there. Beats all the other coffee chains around.
