This review is for Reem's stand at the Ferry Building Saturday farmers market. I ordered shakshuka, poached eggs in a spicy tomato sauce topped with olive oil and parsley and served with pita. I'm very glad I tried it, but wouldn't order it again. The eggs and tomato sauce were delicious, as was the pita. Once I finished the eggs, though, I was left with a bowl of sauce. The flatbreads may be more my style. I also had a lemonade, which the cashier generously refilled for me when my meal arrived. Kudos for the great service!

UPDATE: this was my favorite place to eat, and at the beginning of Shelter in Place they closed their original Oakland location and decided to keep their recently-opened SF location instead. I know I’m not alone in saying that that was so disappointing, and I still think about it all the time... the betrayal!! Yes I’m bitter. Doesn’t the SF tech crowd get enough!? 😩 Where do I even start... Reem’s is my #1. All my friends know I’m always down for Reem’s! Reem’s forever!!! From the Pali Cali wrap to the manoushe, the kanefe to the halawa latte, I’ve tried everything on the menu at least once, which makes the seasonal offerings that much more exciting! It’s always fresh, unique and tasty. Also pro tip: you can buy their AMAZING pita bread to-go 3/$5! I always buy some for home and a tub of labneh!

Exceptional and outstanding place to eat. I have seen many Arabic and middle eastern restaurants, however, Reem's place is truly authentic and everything thing you eat is fresh out of the oven.i drove for over 90 minutes to try it out and indeed it is worth the drive.

Related to Dyafa restaurant, their more casual cafe. Cute space near Fruitvale BART with amazing coffee, drinks, and food. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. We got tahini brussel sprouts, fatoush salad, and a spread of dips with pita and all were perfect.

Had the flat bread and falafel wrap. The falafel was the best I've ever tasted and my 5 year old niece loved the flat bread.

So delicious!!! Reem's food takes me to a place of comfort and familiarity. I am grateful that a truly Arab food place exists and offers such delightful meals. They just started serving dinner on Thursday and Friday and the Shishbark is amazing!!! They make it almost as good as my Sito's 🤗😉. Breakfast manouesh are really good too. And the vibe is so pleasant and comforting. Must try!

Amazing spot, worth the hype. Everything we had was delicious, clearly they have refined the art of deliciousness. My wife loved the falafel.
