Bittersweet Chocolate Cafe

Great, French-influenced place, with a wide selection of rare chocolates from around the world and they make a mean cup of hot chocolate in a couple of different styles, and the staff, obviously under the influence of chocolate 24/7, it's one of the nicest staffs in the neighborhood. I didn't tell my friends about this for a long time because every time I tell my friends about something I like they wear it out. But credit where credit is due, this is a great old school chocolate shop, even though it's not old school. You know you want some chocolate! Go get some!

This place is phenomenal. The person who greeted me at the door was kind and fun to chat with, he did something for us that was no longer on the menu, and he really just made us feel welcome. Then the drink. Oh my goodness! I got a white chocolate milkshake, and when I tell you it is the most delicious milkshake I have EVER had in my LIFE, I am not exaggerating. This thing is so complex and delicious and flavorful I literally cannot describe it. When I got it, I thought it might be a bit small, but it is so RICH I barely got through a quarter before I was more than satiated. I could on for the rest of my life about this shake. I know that's not their main food, but I will definitely be coming back here!!
