Arrowhead Market

I've came here for years and the experience never dissappoints. I can't tell you how many times I've shown up past midnight to get food, and the employees are always on top of things. Even during the busiest times, they can move through crowds of customers very well. Not to mention that the food is always amazing (club sandwich #1) and they really are a one stop shop. I need paper towels? Arrowhead. I need fix a flat? Arrowhead. I need cleaning supplies? Arrowhead has it all. Good customer service and I'll be back for years.

Burgers and fries are always amazing as well as the rest of the food hot or cold. Employees are always willing to accommodate my request, such as wanting a burger at 6 AM on my way to work. They also give us First Responders free coffee or a drink while we are on shift which is always appreciated, especially on days where we are extremely busy and never get a chance to rest on our 24hr shifts. As a first responder in Garrett County I just want to say thank you to the staff and owners.

I want to start with, I wish there was a partial start option. My honest review is 4.5 out of 5. Items can be pricey it the only detracting point, but to be expected in a resort town. As a positive note though, the staff is always amazing and friendly. Great little market in the DCL area. Always have what you need and more than likely more. Great selection of beer and other beverage adults enjoy while on vacation.

9/7/21 EDIT: I wish it was possible to upgrade to 6 stars! Just got a cinnamon roll this weekend and discovered the packaging has been upgraded!! This was honestly the only downfall to the cinnamon roll prior!! Now, the cake can stay fresher longer! My whole family says bravo!!! I cannot put into words how good the homemade cinnamon rolls are at Arrowhead. My family has traveled to DCL from Pittsburgh every summer for 20+ years. It has become a tradition to have what was then called "Pinch Me Cake" and is now just "Cinnamon Rolls" from Arrowhead every morning with our breakfast (and shamelessly lunch, dinner, bedtime snack...). Do yourself a favor and grab one of these by the checkout counter - they are made fresh daily! Pro tip: warm up a slice in the microwave for 10 seconds. If you're from out of town, grab one to take back before you hit the road while you get some gas! Please don't ever stop making these. Myself, and my family, will be heartbroken.
