Turkey dinner it was excellent anytime I go there the food is the best their zucchini is outstanding their pepperoni rolls are really good fish is top of the line I would recommend going there to eat anytime the waitress I had the last two times I was there she was great very nice and friendly good place to eat
The staff is super friendly, they have the best meatloaf sandwich with mashed potatoes & gravy you’ll ever eat and a hamburger that’s as big as your head with an order of fries is $5.99. That’s all you need to know. It’s the best oldschool greasy spoon diner in the Pittsburgh area.
First time here, the food was so delicious. My son had the Mickey mouse pancake with blueberries inside. My husband had the meat lovers omelet, my mom had the hungry man breakfast, and my other son and I had the diner two's. Everything was nice and hot and our server Leslie was very attentive and nice.
This was our first (but won’t be our last) Oakdale Diner experience and it was GREAT!!! The waitress was very busy, yet very friendly. I ordered the turkey dinner and my husband had the Italian hoagie…. Oh Diner fries too,.the food was great and we love supporting small businesses!!
**In a time where restaurants are struggling to find/keep employees, we don’t go out to eat with unrealistic expectations.. We ordered, ate hot food and were on our way home within 45 minutes.
I have eaten at the diner on and off for 50 years.
A few of us had breakfast there a few days ago.
Staff was great as was the food.
My wife and I had dinner there a while ago. Same thing. Great place to eat.
Never had anything negative to say in all those years.

To the people saying their food and service are poor, you have issues. I've never felt as welcome in any diner, had better service, or been more satisfied with my food for the price. My only complaint is the cook jimmy. He speaks to the waitresses like someone who wants to get beat up by their husbands. Other than that clown, the diner is a great place to eat and feel welcomed by their awesome staff. Highly recommend their wings.
The Diner is great !!! Home cooked Mom & Pop type of food. Their breakfast’s are outstanding, omelets are highly recommended. Portions are generous, you won’t leave hungry !!!
In the mood for a burger, the double diner burger with cheese and L,T,Mayo,O is simply the best !!

Excellent roast beef dinner and the best fried fish we've ever had. Lindsey is the kindest and funniest waitress! Large selection of foods and yummy pies and cakes.
