Starbucks

Monday June 27 2022. If you have authority over these employees you need to fire all of them, I’ve never been to such a terrible Starbucks… they are slow they are self entitled when I asked where my coffee is after it was 10 min late the female gave me attitude, I have to give credit to MOE she said she’s not the manager but she took charge and got me out with my coffee. Other then moe I can’t imagine why Starbucks has any of these people working

Greenfield location: Worst location I have ever been to. I gave it a few tries because I understand things happen, especially these days but I can confirm now that I will not be back. Very very slow, even if the line is short and there are about 8 people behind the counter. The staff are not the friendliest either especially if they are having issues. I have waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to be told at the window to come inside. They are always out of cold brew, even in the morning. They never say any thank yous for being patient or anything at all to that regard. They frequently only service people one method ie: "we are only doing mobile right now" etc. No signs outside to give anyone a heads up of that so they know not to waste their time in the drive through line or waiting in line inside.. It is the closest one to my work so it is frustrating that it is clearly not an option for me to get coffee here on my way in..

This location is never open for walk ins. Its really ridiculous that customers aren’t allowed to walk in and place an order and is inconvenient. Every other location in the surrounding areas has both walk in and drive thru available. At this point the pandemic and Covid isn’t an excuse and this should be looked at by corporate.

So I put in a mobile order and it some how ended up at the wrong store. I called that store and they told me to just go to the store that I wanted the order to go to and show them the receipt and they would take care of me. So I went to this Starbucks drive through on greenfield rd, near 10 mile in Southfield, MI. After waiting in the long line they told me I needed to come into the store. I explained the situation to the first young lady and she directed me to another young lady who appeared to be in charge. I re explained the situation to her and she directed me back to the first young lady and said she was the one making the mobile orders. So I went back to her. Then the second person came. I repeated my situation again and then stated if it's a problem can I just get a refund? She then told me she couldn't give me a refund and asked did I want the drink. I stated whatever is easiest. I showed her my receipt with the order. I sat down, thinking my order was being made. After about 10 mins I got up and asked if my order was in line to be made. I didn't really get a response! Instead the person in charge proceeded to say, I am asking you what is your order so I can get you out of here. I showed her the order and the stated it and she began to walk away while I was speaking and did not say anything! So now I ask a young man are you making my order?. He says no. I said I was giving her my order but she walked away. She asks from far away what's the order? I asked her did she want me to yell it because she was far away. I finally received my drink and exited. The entire experience took well over 40 minutes for a Frappuccino! And the attitude and tone received from the barissta was very unpleasant! I won't be returning! All too much BEFORE my work day began! Not to mention I was late for work!
