If you're near Oak Park looking for a local spot for good burgers and beer this is your place. Our group of three had the chorizo fries, hamburger, chicken sandwich and salad... the burger and fries were the favs of course. Would love to try the other types of starters though next time. Fries were plentiful for all three too! Service was great, and it was a nice day outside so with their doors open and fans on, it was a welcoming chill and comfortable ambience. My hubby said their soundtrack was killer, and said they won him over completely (played deftones to classic rock to country).

I don’t live near Chicago anymore so whenever I get a chance to go there I always get the Greek to Me lamb burger. So melt in your mouth delicious. And the fries -smothered or not are so yummy. They are definitely Chicago fries - fresh real flavorful (a little greasy) potatoes. Took mac n cheese to go for dinner - I swear it weighed 5 lbs! We can always find a “new.to.us” beer there, good suggestions from server/bartender. ALWAYS great service. BTW the entry is wheelchair accessible.

The customer service was beyond wonderful, I’d like to thank the waiter for being such a delight. However the food, was terrible! It was my first time there and I stopped by the evening for dinner. normal burger n fries, had to get the Mac n cheese because the picture on line looked amazing, my son got their chicken fingers n fries. The “beef “ patty had a terrible taste to it I couldn’t quite figure out what it could have been (maybe old meat). As stated on another review the Mac n cheese tasted as if the cheese was out of a can. And the chicken tenders smelled like fish! Horrible taste to them as well( my som couldn’t even eat one). Their drinks are at $3 which fine but come on the pop was even flat. I’m not sure how you can mess up such simple plates but I will not be returning.

I stumbled upon this place (again, unbeknownst to me). However, the moment I walked in, I thought to myself... I've been here before. I remember... Amazing MAC & CHEESE!!! Sure enough, it was the same place I saw on TV (Check Please(?). Anyway, Mac & Cheese STILL ON POINT!!! I didn't give a 5 because I didn't really care for the burger. The "French Onion", was really salty. Great service never goes unnoticed w/ me. Happy they're still around! 🤤🤘👏👏👏
