Dunkin'

This is literally the worst Dunkin to go to, in my opinion. The past few times I went there they were really busy with only two workers. I’m a very understanding/patient person. I saw there was a huge line so I ordered my coffee for walk-in through the app. I went inside a few minutes later and continued to stand and wait for THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES. I then asked if my order was ready and she finally got around to making it. When she handed it to me it was immediately wrong. Wrong size, had no cold foam and even the coffee looked odd in color. I already waited a ridiculous amount of time so I kept quiet and thought maybe I could fix it with cream and sugar. Then she handed me my other coffee and I walked out the door. Got into my car and tasted what was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It was SOUR. Both of them. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t plan on ever going there again so if you’re thinking about going there, save yourself a trip and don’t.

Ordered 2 Hot Medium Decaf Pumpkin Spice Coffees, had to repeat the order about 2-3 times, got the coffees and they both ended up being Iced, even though the label says Hot and couldn’t trust that it was decaf. Would’ve said something right there but the entire staff had their masks on their chins; didn’t wanna spend anymore time than I should’ve at that point. Looks like 103rd and Central got a new staff, kindve a joke now lol
