Dude use his bare hands to grab my cookies and then when I said something about it , he didn’t even have gloves he grab a napkin & and it still touch his hand …what happened to subway, Eat Fresh

Not sure if Subway would appreciate the upgrade of a little extra meat that the employee was asking everybody about. I didn't see that anywhere on the menu boards. No other Subway franchise does that !!

I love Subway, but the service in this location has a lot of room for improvement. I got the wrong bread in my sandwiches, even though I asked her and I was looking at the right one in their showcase/cabinet. Then the way she was asking for what ingredients and when I said a little of this and she puts a whole bunch... not coming back to this location for sure...

Went in I got 2 chicken breast footlong sandwiches, 1 tuna and 1turkey sandwich.

Called to see if they had the buy 2 get 1 free subway sandwich because it shows on subway's website that this location was one of the ones participating when clicking to order for the discounted sandwiches. When letting the person on the phone know that this location was on the website for part of the deal, they rudely hung up.

I usually give people the benefit of the doubt and think maybe they are having a bad day. But that is no excuse to not give good customer service. I have been to this subway many times and each time I feel like I am being rushed. Today was the last straw. I am not going back unless the staff changes or they become nicer.
