Went to Little Caesars in Oak Hill today. Picked up online order for supreme pizza. I haven't been there for awhile because it just wasn't all that. It is now! Very clean and pizza was great. Crust was just right and toppings were just right. A+ guys.

I give 2 stars because the phones are horrible! When you call to place an order you have to yell so they can hear you and they still can't and I can't hear them from the static! The food is always hot fresh and delicious but the phones need fixed.

Good pizza at a fair price. I came in on Christmas Eve, 5 minutes after close and was still served. There is, well every other place would have not answered and locked the doors. So thank you little ceasars.

Went to see my mother and we had pizza. Gino's wasn't open yet so I went to Lil Caesars. Good price. Really friendly cashier. In Oak Hill, WV.

Good service every time and love the new drive through that they had just added, I feel as though it will help keep customers waiting to order from blocking up traffic. Look forward to see how this will help improve the business going forward. GREAT JOB GUYS.

If we could give zero stars we would. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a single hot & ready & 2 orders of crazy bread. Finally got to the window to pay, waited another 5 minutes for them to come back and say there was some kind of mix up with the order. They asked us to pull around to the other side of the building where we had to wait five minutes AGAIN for them to still not bring our order. My fiance ended up having to go inside, wait another 5 minutes, and ask for our food or a refund. Absolutely ridiculous, the drive thru is packed with people who will be leaving just as furious as we are.

Bad, The severs were nice but Little Caesars must have hired a new cook because the past three times the pizza has been REALLY bad. The middle was paper thin, there was very little sauce, it fell apart in our hands when we picked it up. Only half of each slice was edible. Speaking of slices, there were only 6 slices. My little brother whom I was sharing with, ran into the bathroom and spit it out after the very first bite. I mean they bring it out on a tray and look right at it when putting it into the box. AND they brought the price up from $5 to $6. I'm not buying pizza from Little Caesars again, at least not this one. 2 stars only because the severs were kind.

On way way home from work I called to order food from Domino's. Was put on hold along time when I told the lady what I wanted, so I called back and was talked to rudely and told a 2 hr wait, mind you I was going to pick up the ordert from Domino's. Was talked to really rudely. I called Little Ceasars and order a my food for home.The lady was really polite,didn't put me hold and told me how long it would be( I orderd a stuffed crust)When I arrived my food was ready for me and the lady was really nice and our pizza was delicious.Didn't catch the young ladies name but she was awesome and friendly. They said that they had been short staffed but I tell you they did awesome in customer service and timing.They have a customer that use to spend at Domino's.....
