Pizza Hut

This was the best pizza I have had in a while. The crust was baked thru. YAY! The only minor negative I have is the apple pie rolls are a little dry but the taste was good. Maybe order an icing dip if they have one to sweeten it just a bit. The employee at the drive up window was speedy and conscientious. Overall a great experience today.

Had a carry out order pick up for 7 should up at 6:50 waited at the window watching someone work for 10 mins till he finally came to the window. Told him who I was said I was a few mins early and got oh we don’t have your order. 2 Mins later it popped up told me come back in 15 mins. Came back waited at the window he saw me put my order in the hot box then went about his business for 5 mins opened the window smelled like pot fest. Told him I saw him put my order In the hot box he said sorry I’m to messed up to have seen you. Wow all I got yo say under new management shut. Recommend shut it down do a proper investigation

Excellent experience! My last order on 11/19/ or 11/20/20 was perfect, hot, and ready to enjoy. At my location, your staff are always wearing masks, as well as, being professional, polite, courteous, and appreciative of a tip. There are other pizza restaurants in my community, but Pizza Hut is "my go to pizza place."

Update: What happened below happened again. 2 out of 3 orders failed. The manager called and tried to fix it. He did. So I got my 4th order.. 2 out of 4 is still bad. I will order again and see what happens. The manager didn't seem too happy about his fellow workers not giving a care about their customers. The two times I received the pizza, they were very good. The toppings are unmatched. Raised the Stars from 1 to 4. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Made an order, watching their tracker. Had to use the bathroom, didn't hear the single phone call. Come back, still waiting over an hour watching their tracker. Now they are closed. Called them, they pretend that I didn't actually order it. Said they didn't receive an order, but told them I had a delivery tracker too. I tried ordering for my coworkers tonight. 3 large pizzas and wings. I called to place my order and the staff was extremely rude. It took over 10 minutes for me to order because they kept switching between workers while taking my order. They were late so I called. The worker said she brought it but nobody answered the door. I asked if she rang the doorbell and she said no. So how would we know she was here? She shows up “again” and was extremely rude to me. I work in a factory and she set the bag on the floor. Amanda is NOT FRIENDLY. Highly disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again.
