My husband and I came by for a quick snack today and it was busy from an event at the park. There were many disgruntled and some quite rude customers in the lobby. The workers were doing their damndest with the unexpected influx of customers. Our food was hot and came out fast even with the amount of people. 10/10 for this overworked staff. Customers be more kind to those in the service industry. They are not paid enough to deal with your attitudes and/or tantrums.

I have been going to this Burger King for 17 years. What is it about this restaurant that the employees never smile. Their attitudes is like they just don't want to be there. Please is not a thing heard..what about have a great day? Customer service is all but lost. I have been going here on and off for years and it is a sad state where it is now. The staff is very short with you when you order, mistakes are made 1 in 3 visits like missing food and wrong orders. Yesterday when I went the burger I ordered had so much ketchup and mayo it oozed out the back in the first bite.
Food: lets face it, they need to work on this
Staff: Dismal consistently going on 3 years now

I've had to come back on multiple occasions because items were forgotten or incorrect burger toppings. However, the employees have always had great attitudes. Which is most important to me. The cashier was especially fun & kind. It was refreshing. I believe her name is Duli (or a similar name that I recall thinking was unique.
I just make sure to check the bag & food before leaving the parking lot. Yes, it shouldn't be a reoccurring issue, but it's not a huge deal for me.

I ordered online for pickup and the cashier was super friendly. It was done fast and they were so very helpful. Best service I've ever gotten at a fast food joint. Hands down.
