We have been dying to try the new location! We loved it, so cozy! The pizza was just as we remembered, worth the drive from Portland. Patsy was there, my nephews loved being able to interact a bit! They said as we left "we have never met the owner of a restaurant before!". Thanks a bunch for welcoming us to the new location, we will be back!

I was surprised by this place. Patsy turns out to be an old-school Italian NY pizza maker who makes a pretty good pizza. I tried it out for the first time today, BS'd with Patsy and family a little and really enjoyed the pizza I took home. I'll definitely be ordering again. Great little local place!
I like the relaxed atmosphere, the food is good, everything is made from scratch (don't expect it to be done in 5 minutes), the pizza is one of the best in the area, and their $3 happy hour drinks are definitely not watered down, and include Old Fashioned, Sidecar, and a about 6 others. When I asked the waitress when their happy hour is, she said: " Whenever you're happy!", so I was happy all night!
We tried Napoli tonight for the first time and we’re so pleasantly surprised. Family old
school atmosphere, great Italian food, really good red wine, spumoni and more. We will be back. Oh, and so reasonably priced. Tip them well!
Best Italian meal for an amazing value. Our new favorite. Olive/anchovy bread, Italian salad, Eggplant Parmigiana, Lasagna and best wine...al generous portions at 1980 prices. We will be full for two days AND still took leftovers home!
Being from NY, I can vouch Patsy's Pizza is the real deal. Perfect crust with just the right amount of sauce! Plain cheese pie, fold your slice and munch. The pasta and sandwich choices are great and delicious!! Take the time to visit Patsy and watch him make your pizza; then taste the best pizza you've ever had too. GO TO PATSY'S!
Amazing restaurant! Patsy and family have great hospitality. The food is delicious. Highly recommend Napoli's New York Pizzeria.....They hold to their statement, "Enter as strangers, leave as friends."
Amazing pizza, Pat the owner, operator, pizza maker, bartender, waiter, cashier, who is actually from the Bronx. But have lots of time available to spend there. He hand tosses the pizza dough, makes it himself. Hums Italian songs, and by the time you leave, we all know a bit Italian.
Pat is the best. As someone who was weaned on Italian food in N.Y. this is as close asit gets here in Portland. His linguine with clam sauce is the best I've ever had. And the pizza, fuggetaboutit!
Atmosphere is very comfy, food was delightful and the service was fantastic! Also a plus, it's always happy hour :) will definitely be back if not tomorrow, the next day :)
