7-eleven

This 7-11 has been nothing but annoying the last few months and I’m pretty sure today will be the last time I frequent it. 5:55am. Just ran down the street to quickly grab a couple things. Didn’t bring my purse just cash. I am now sitting in my car for the next 4 min for when they accept cash. I understand not having cash during the night hours. But come on I had exact change. 4 min and you lost a customer.

The worst 7-Eleven I ever shop at and the worst experience I ever had. I recommend to everyone, not to ever go there unless you want to experience the worst time of your life. I rather sit at the DHS office all day waiting to be called then ever going in that store experiencing terrible customer service, get treated like you are a bad person and it's all your fault, being threatened to call the police because I told them that I'm going to call corporate and Illinois lottery to complain how terrible I was treated. The man and woman that I believe are the owners of 7-Eleven, they are very bad at running the store, poor customer service, and they are very rude. If you get enough points and you get food or a drink for free, they get really mean and negative, like how dare you get something for free. If you purchase something and you pay with change they won't accept it. They yell at you with an attitude and tell you to never come back. So today what I experienced with them tops it all. So, I went to the lottery machine and bought 3 $1 scratch tickets and I realized that they didn't come out of the machine correctly, each of the cards were torn in the middle in addition to the normal serrated edges. So I went to the front of the store and the rude woman at the register, conveniently acted like she was nice and told me in front of another customer that she will give me my 3 dollars back, but as soon as the customer left she went back being her rude self. She rudely told me that she is only giving me a $1 at the same time ripping the cards an half when I said loudly, what are you doing, why did you do that and she insisted that I could still scratch them and she refused to give me my $3 back after she did that, so I told her that I'm calling corporate and making a complaint and the man I guess manager or owner got very nasty with me because I told them I making a complaint and this isn't the first time they had treated me so rudely. The man started threatening me to get out of the store and told me he is going to call the police on me. I told the manager or owner to go ahead and call the police, I have alot of complaints to to them about. They are the most rude and ignorant people I have ever met, So I suggest to everyone that if your having a good day do not and I mean do not go to that 7-Eleven, it will ruin your week!!!

Repeated horrible experiences here with a middle age black woman with glasses. Always an issue with her when I go in, and I have been coming here since it was White Hen Pantry. I will never go again, as I complained to corporate and to the owner, but he does not care and is keeping her employed there.

The young spanish woman who was waiting on the man in front of me was so so RUDE to him, because of his appearance. He appeared to be homeless. But he had his own money, he wasnt pan handling or asking anyone for money or anything. None the less he was a customer just like myself and he should not have been disrespected like that just because of his apparent situation. His money is green just like mine! You should never ever judge people by there appearance, you never know what they have went through or what they are going through!! Until you walk a day in there shoes you have no idea. I will never go back to that store again. You have lost our business FOREVER!!

I went into the oak forest 7/11 August 1,2020 and the employee that was there was totally rude and due to my AirPods falling out of my pocket and bounced off the ground under the machine both my AirPods went underneath the zero sugar machine he was only got me one of them and I am highly confused that he went back to work instead of helping a customer put like he was supposed to that is a waist of my money I took time to spend on my AirPods! He claims there nothing he can do about it I believe that he should have either had another worker who’s actually gonna do something about it instead of being how he was! I am highly upset with this !

Went for a snack ended up trying to get a hot dog an drink.. There was a sign that said OUT OF SERVICE. Went and got a slurpee to replace... Was told the slurpee was not included. So i POLITELY told them i didnt want the slurpe the araibian man manager or owner who ever the rude person was told me im wasting his money....... It was very uncomfortable an unprofessional They were alot of people in the store.. So i told him i didnt want any of the items i was about to purchase.. Proceeded to leave the man got mad n told me not to come back to the store.... I calmly asked why. He threaten to call the police. I asked why would you call the police?? The man went crazy... Bad business.. This took place on oct 22 w018 at 6:20pm.

You'll get dirty glares from the staff there...specifically the woman who is always working If you use their ATM and don't buy anything. I have to use 7-11 ATMs to avoid being charged to take out my own money... especially if I need to pay bills I'm not going to go somewhere that charges me fees to take out my own money. Occasionally when I can I will buy something to help out, but I don't need the mean looks when going in for a service that they provide.
