Karen and Amy made our experience here so wonderful. The customer service is superb. They know everyone by name and remembers you when you return! The food is also delicious! My 4 and 6 year old loves coming here!

Love the food. Male cashier was AMAZING! Really sweet guy and energetic. I don't know what his name was, but whoever you had working today at 6-630pm needs compliments and a raise! Everyone ahead of us was walking away with a smile after talking to this guy. Keep him around, he's an amazing employee!
I arrived and placed my rapid pick up from the car order. The app told me it wouldn't be ready until 9 (I was there at 8:47). I just want to say, this place understands customer service. Even though the app said 9 am and I accepted the wait with no issue, they still came out to my car to tell me they would push my order through and get it ready. I told them no rush, but truly good service at this place.

Cinnamon Crunch Bagel: Over the 4th of July weekend, Panera Bread was cool enough to offer a free bagel to vaccinated customers. It’s been a few years since I’ve had their Cinnamon Crunch Bagel (CCB), but I remember it being superb. The bagels are baked fresh daily and contain cinnamon & vanilla flavored chips. Topping it off is a sweet & crunchy cinnamon crunch topping. I wanted to take things up a notch, so I added two tablespoons of cookie butter to the inside. After warming it in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds it was ready to go. The CCB was soft, thick, and chewy. The cinnamon crunch topping added a welcoming crunch. With the addition of cookie butter this thing was just as good if not better than a warm cinnamon roll. While the CCB is great on its own, it’s phenomenal with cookie butter as a spread. Doughboy approved! Thanks for the free bagel and for supporting vaccination!
