Hardee's

Now the only reason I did not give this store 1 star is because I understand that like everyone else in the world everywhere they may be out of some items. However I find it hard to believe that included literally 3/4 of the ingredients that made up my order. I guess they must be out of mayo because that's no where to be found and I had to have gotten their very last piece of bacon or surely there would be 3 more pieces on my sandwich somewhere but who knows? If they are aware they sure didn't divulge that information to me. However I am certain that they are completely out of curly fries and shakes are also a no go so dont set your sights on any of those either.

Was asked if I'd like to try the new bacon beast burrito and I said yes and ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich also only to be told they had no bacon or ham. I allowed a substitution of sausage on both, but I don't know why they if you'd like to try something that they don't currently have? Service was aside from that

Worst experience ever. Food was inedible. Ordered tacos and taco salad. NO LETTUCE on either! Soggy old shells. Waited 20 mins for this drive thru order. They could have said they were out of ingredients at the time the order was placed, or at least before I paid 15.00 for it. A Friday evening at 5:30, had to make something else for dinner. With the higher prices for mediocre food, I will not be back

This is my “go to” fast food restaurant, above all others in the area. The staff is not only polite and courteous, but they’re genuinely friendly and a pleasure to speak with. I ALWAYS use the drive through, and yes, there is often a minimal wait, BUT, it’s because your food comes out freshly prepared and my orders are never incorrect. NEVER. I often pick up breakfast, which can’t be beat in taste and quality, along with their lunch or dinner on my way home, and am always more than pleased, with my favorites, the chicken filet sandwich and the mushroom Swiss burger. Love them

Every time we have gone here we have to pull up and wait on food, even when we’re the only car. This morning we ordered breakfast and had to wait 10-15 minutes as we watched four cars behind us get their food and leave. This location has always been slow. I’m honestly surprised they are still in business. The one bright spot was the lady who brought out our food with a smile and friendly attitude...hence the two stars and not one.
