Imo's Pizza

I love IMOs pizza but their customer service is horrible. We got a pizza delivered and specifically asked them to ring the door bell when they delivered the pizza. Then I go outside awhile later to find a cold hard pizza. Me and my wife called the establishment and the manager said there’s nothing he could do and the driver has been doing his job for five years and we could contact corporate if we had a problem. I offered to bring the pizza back up to them and the manager said that’s fine we’re still not gonna make you another pizza. Not my fault people can’t do their job and then blame the customer for it. No one should have to eat a cold pizza that they paid for. Horrible customer service especially from a manager.

This place use to be good. The wings didn't use to be burned every time, the salad use to be fresh. And you didn't use to have to argue with the employee's over getting your order corrected if it was not made right. My wife called and tried to order and the employee got an attitude and hung up on her. Then she called back a few minutes later to order again and the girl put every item in wrong on purpose. Gave us boneless wings when my wife asked for Bone In, and gave me a grilled chicken salad when their whole argument on the phone was over Crispy Chicken Ceasar Salad. I can not make this up yall. Then when I came to the store for a reorder and delivery refund, the same employee tried to tell me my wife ordered the food that way. I wish I can upload the video footage of my wife in our livingroom ordering the food. This specific Imos is just not worth going to anymore. They were better when it was ran by O'Fallon Highschool students.

I placed a online order for delivery. The driver left my food on the porch without any notification (such as a knock, doorbell, text..) that it was dropped off. I just so happened to go look because it had been at least 45mins to a hour & my food was sitting on the porch filled with ants! I called for a refund & was interrogated by Kaleb as if I had to lie about a $20 pizza & wing!!! He argued that his driver says she rang my doorbell 3 times, UNTRUE! He then goes to say he was checking his system because he had a complaint a day before on my same street as if that justifies ants being in my food! Common sense should tell you not to leave food that has holes in it such as a pizza box uncovered!!!

I LOVE Imos Pizza... however, this location is pathetic!! I ordered a cheese pizza CHEESE.. and when I got it, it was BURNT!! Like the cheese no longer even looked like cheese! When I called, the Manager Jacob told me it wasn't his problem and there was nothing he could do! What?! There are other locations out there.. do NOT go to this one!! He wouldn't give me a refund or anything!

I am not going to lie, as a native from Illinois, I must've forgotten about Imo's in the past 15 years the I was gone. I was recently reminded by family that came to visit and IMO's was a "must do." I must say, today I ordered a large deluxe pizza for us and a personal cheese pizza for my toddler...we were not disappointed! You guys make some great pizza and won me back. (Why aren't you nationwide in the grocery freezer section yet?) Thanks again!!
