Ordered curbside pickup due to a bad leg injury. Received a notification my order was complete and followed the instructions. After 45 minutes of waiting I called the restaurant I rudely told and I quote “if you really want your food why don’t you get up and get it” then was hung up on. The curbside pickup is a SCAM and the food is not worth digesting! Whatever food you have at home eat it, trust me!

Service was Friendly, Employees Greeted Customers with a Smile! Vegetables were fresh & appealing, bread was fresh & soft. Dining area clean. Line flowed nicely! Food prepared to customers request. Looked very appetizing while waiting to order. Made me order more than I intended. Ordered Pizza, 12" Sweet Onion Teriyaki, 12" Spicy Italian couldn't pass up those freshly made cookies. Made it an even Dozen. Terrific Staff! Thank you Connor & Abigail for Excellent Service, Awesome Dinner & Dessert!!

4 stars because it's a clean establishment, quality is always good and I've never had a problem with the sandwich makers. I used to go almost every Sunday but slowed down to once every month or so because the manager (owner?) would often be there on weekends. The problem is, in his zeal to have a good time and be engaging with his customers he seemed to forget that sometimes people just want a sandwich... Awkward joking around with his staff and annoying attempts to draw every customer into a conversation made you wish the sandwich makers would hurry up. If that happens again it'll be the last time I go to this specific establishment.

TLDR: multiple obvious health code violations and neither of the two workers cared. Walked in to no greeting, both employees were teenage boys (maybe slightly older?). Boy 1 was sitting on the counter, got off when we walked in, but his drink was out in the open (2 major health violations). We walked over to start our order, boy 2 wasn't paying attention and was startled when he noticed us. Boy 1 did nothing to help, when the other employee was clearly inexperienced. No manager to be seen, and I find it hard to believe either of the 2 workers have their food safety handlers license (another huge violation, since they were the only ones in the store). For 2 sandwiches, it took almost 10 minutes in an otherwise empty store.

What is sad is that I read the previous post and the same happened to me. I have a foot injury and I called the guy working tonight because I thought I ordered curbside and explained my leg was in pain to walk.. Instead I received for future reference “ youl have to type curbside or we won’t bring it to u” geese....

I strongly suggest you use cash when purchasing food from this particular location. My credit card was compromised shortly after I left the store. The employees put a credit card skimmer inside of their cc/debit card device. Isaiah, John and all of the other employees that are in on this credit card fraud. Shame on all of you thieves that like to steal customer’s credit card info!
