Jack In The Box

This location is one of the worst run fast food places I've experienced. This is my 3rd time ordering at the drive through and it will be my last. All 3 times they were not ready to take my order and said "hold on one moment" when I pulled up. I wrote this review while waiting and they still have not replied. 8 minutes and counting. I literally think the crew just hopes people will get fed up and drive off. At least 1 car has pulled away each time I've come. I hope Management knows how much business they miss out on due to the poor service.

They didnt make the orders right. Tacos and fries were old and very greasy. The burgers were cold and the sour dough bread was not toasted. There even was a LONG BLONDE HAIR in the 50/50 fries. Took 20 minutes to get my food after ordering. Drive thru person was rude. Tacos were so old they were stuck to the wrappers. Will never go back. Sent message (via their website) to corporate and haven't heard back.

they were short staffed & I pulled in 35min before they closed. Workers were young (guess 16-20yrs old). They politely & respectfully explained the situation. I was served in a timely manner with hot food & the entire order was accurate. This location has some good workers, I can only hope they're treated the way they treat others.

Disappointing, stopped here on a cross country drive and took 40 min from the drive thru window to getting our food. There were 3 cars ahead of us…. Odd twist of fate I came here for business came back unaware it was the same store. Same result, 1 car in line ahead of me they sat for 10 min at the menu, so I decided giving a second chance wasn’t worth it.

I have not been impressed by any fast food service anywhere in over a decade, so this particular visit was a pleasant surprise. The lovely ladies who were working were so bright and cheerful! They were patient and very accommodating to our requests. Our large order was absolutely perfect, hot, fresh and packaged very attentively in such an organized manner. We appreciate the excellent service and quality of our food. I will likely choose to eat here over competitors just because of the outstanding service. It was such a breath of fresh air from the typical awful service that has sadly turned into what's normal nowadays. Keep up the smiles and fabulous service, it was very much appreciated! 😄

My first time trying this JITB. I had the worst tacos ever! Not only did they mess up a simple request - 4 regular and 4 no sauce - but ALL of the tacos were old/stale and extremely greasy. Add to that, 4 had no lettuce and cheese (which was not the request) and there were no stickers on the ones with no sauce. It was awful!!
