Food was disgusting, so were the shakes. Not sure what the deal was but spent $21.00 ate a couple french fries and a chicken nugget, threw it straight into the garbage. They forgot to give me one of my shakes and I had to remind them about it, then they handed me 2 shakes and a drink smothered with sticky ice cream dripping all over everything. Won't be back to this location until they hire new staff, because the quality of food and service for the evening shift is beyond bad. BTW, it was only 6pm on Wednesday night so not like I skidded in there at last second expecting a perfect experience 🙄

This place was an absolute disaster…. I went with my family for some food and ice cream after my sons baseball game and I don’t even know where to start. Our food was very cold like it had been sitting out for hours and our ice cream was so runny it might have well been soup!! While we were sitting at the table there was slugs and ants on the wall.. SLUGS how does a restraunt even operate like that, not to mention the dead cockroach by the door.. The staff was a mess and when I asked one of them to speak to the owner or someone in charge they seemed in distress and said the owner is almost never there and doesn’t help them at all … I sincerely feel bad for these kids but I will not be returning here

Normally we enjoy this location. I say normally: this time not only did we get a dirty look from the young lady when we asked for some ketchup (we asked politely), when we got home the double cheese burgers tasted as though the were made HOURS early. (Mind you it only takes us five minutes to get home!) They were dry and cold served on stale buns, I know yum NOT!!!!! By the way we didn't get a thank you for your business either! They couldn't close the window fast enough!

Tried to place an order worth 41$ last night. At the drive thru the response was very negative, therefore we chose to cancel the order. The restaurant was staffed by uncleaned teenagers that looked like Curt Kobain after 3 month of living under the bridge. Instead we went to another location up the street. I will not visit this location in comparison to at least two other ones around here.

Need training the night manager was not trained correctly was only 18years old or so. They served the chicken strip in a fine in tray not drive through container order was wrong and did not give totals at the order screen and could barely hear the person the window cashier did not give me total and threw away my reciept. When I came back the manager worked with me to correct everything kudos to her customer service.
