Vibes Cafe

I really wanted to like this place. It's cute, clean, quirky and has good people working there. Problem was the food. Veggies were fine. Rice and peas were good. But the jerk pork and the ox tail that we had were both waaaaay too salty, almost unable to be eaten. Not too spicy, mind you--spice is fine--just too salty. Unlike any Jamaican food I've ever had. Maybe they are trying to cater to U.S. fast food tastes and just going overboard, I don't know. Good portion of jerk pork. Skimpy portion of ox tail. Disappointed. So the three stars are for the, uh, "vibe" of the place, the location, the promptness, the cleanliness, and the politeness. Extra points for the Marley playing at a reasonable level from the Bose speakers. Now if they could just get the food right . . .

I celebrated my birthday last night in this great restaurant. Well it was a awesome evening and the place was clearly the reason for the happy gathering. The team participated in a gorgeous style, the meals were delicious and my friends were very joyful. We shall definitely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Loved it! Definitely great vibe, Diverse crowd Good customer service ans seating was ample. I was able to enjoy seating outside on m. I had the Rock Your Socks Shrimps - delicious. Just the right amount of heat and filled with flavor. The rice and peas is very savoury. The chefs have a sweet hand. Not your regular rice and peas. I should mention that I met the owner while I was there - sweet too bad😊 Definitely will return.

I stop by for lunch and i order a chicken Stew and I have had chicken stew in many places and nothing can compare to the flavor to the food in this restaurant. Vibes cafe is really affordable for $10.00 I had amazing tasting food. AMAZING “ I am not related to anyone that works there, I’m just another person who loves good food and I’m passing the word to anyone who would appreciate a good honest review. Stop by eat local and make small business like this one grow. Keep it up Vibes Cafe and thank you.
