The afternoon's crew were awesome!!! Super courteous, friendly, above and beyond reproach!! If they were to be replaced, there would be some large shoes to fill. They deserve a raise. If they aren't making at least $16 bones an hour, then you aren't rewarding your staff correctly.

PROS: This is a very nice Starbucks, more than the average location. The staff is very nice and theres a lot of room to sit. They have a gas fireplace to sit next to and relax CONS: Occasionally i may see a homeless person come in here from time to time and they don't clean the tables as often as they should OVERALL: Still an amazing Starbucks that I will continuously go to when I'm in the area

This Starbucks is the prime example of the importance of customer service. I would come here when I found myself in the area. Each time was an extremely pleasant experience. One time I received a discounted drink because the baristas thought I was the nicest person of the day, another time I received a discounted [expensive] drink because one barista thought the other barista should have been nicer to me. I drive 20 minutes, past multiple Starbucks's, to receive amazing customer service.
