Bgl Bagels

The food was delicious and fresh. The bagels are soft and not too chewy. The coffee is amazing and the large cup is the perfect size. We had a bacon egg and cheese, the sesame seed toasted bagel with walnut cream cheese and the french toast. The ambiance is perfect as well the service was very nice and friendly.

Was searching for a new bagel place, & we decided to give BGL a try this morning. Happy we did! We tried the jalapeno, kalamata olive, and bacon cheddar cream cheese, and they were all excellent. The bacon and eggs in a platter were also cooked perfectly. Order was correct and packaged well. Looks like this will be our new go-to.

I have a major problem with businesses that try to be sneaky. Went to BGL today where by total was $34 no big deal but when I paid with a card they charged me a 4% fee (which was only $1.36) but, they charged me a fee for using a card but their sign says they only charge a fee if the charge is under $5. When I said something the manager (maybe the owner not sure) caught an attitude and said its for every charge and if it will "make me feel better" he will take the sign down. It is not about "making me feel better" but it is the principle be transparent. I understand costs of everything are going up but don't sneak hidden fees. I am disappointed and their food is decent but nothing special that I can't get anywhere else. Very disappointed on how I was treated.
