I have to say, the staff here is phenomenal. Picked up an order the other day and, despite clearly being short-staffed (I think there were only two people working) and flooded with online orders as well as several in-store customers, they were still extremely polite and pleasant to deal with, and my order was fantastic. I know it's not an east environment out there right now but you rocked it, keep up the good work!!
Store was clean and staff was the usual nice, store manager yelled hiiiiiiiiiiiii right next to me. I said hi how are you, manager stared right into my eyes, waited a moment then said what can I get you..... Smoothie I ordered had extras, none of which were added. I try to never leave bad reviews and this would of been a 3 star but.....best damn Cajun shrimp wrap I've ever had not made by someone who's Cajun!
Love this location! Very clean and friendly atmosphere, always in and out never a long wait. Mask are required, once I left mine and a male employee supplied one for me. I normally order the veggie smoothies they are sooooo delicious 😋 especially the island green smoothies! I've also tried the wraps very good and ingredients taste fresh. I do believe they are open for carry out and delivery. You can also order on the app and my order is always ready by the time I get there. They give numerous coupons through the mail and app that's always awesome! Prices are reasonable the smoothies start at about $5 per 24oz smoothie. I love how everything they sell is healthy and delicious! During this time places like this are important.
On this particular day. ( could be the luck of the draw. Don't typically have any issues or signs of concern) I was with my mom and she orders her her wrap with a kale slaw. I ordered the jerk chicken and chips. We sit down and wait. I realized I didn't get my chips so I go back to the front and tell the young guy I didn't get the chips. He says ok and I get some. We get our meal, once we get to the car realizes she does t have her kale slaw. Go inside and the guy says "we are out of the slaw, here have some chips". Nothing against him or anything but it would of been helpful if when placing the order to know that bit of information. Also the countertop had tons of dropped fruit on it. As mentioned before could of been luck of the draw cause it seemed to have a younger crew there that day. Food was good and drink was delicious per usual though!
