Had a good experience just now. I ordered online from the wrong location, so ordered here In person as well. Lady at the front counter was very nice and the young man that brought me my food (order #191) with a genuine smile.

I am vegan, and almost no Taco Bell actually ever listens when I ask for no cheese. There were only two employees and they were clearly understaffed, but they still actually honored my request. They also were in a lunch rush (a family behind me ordered 60 tacos) and seemed to handle things well.

I was gonna leave a bad review beacuse they messed up my order but the guy who answered the phone was so apologetic and immediately rectified the problem which is incredibly rare in fast food these days so 5/5 cause the guy was so nice and took ownership of the mistake.

This was a covid trip to the mall. The line was about 5 deep so Ibwas hesitant about getting in line. They had us through in no time. 12 tacos made fresh...great employees....what more eh? Good job 12/28/2020 at about 330pm crew...!

I was couple there of weeks back. I ordered a Mexican Pizza with extra cheese and fiesta potatoes. I’ve been ordering the same thing from past 6 years. Added lot of extra pizza sauce. And COLD and OLD potatoes. When I went there to complain about it non of them really cared about my order. Said sorry with an attitude and told me that they ran out of potatoes and that’s how they usually make maxucan pizza. Horrible service. Horrible employees. LOVE Taco Bell but DO NOT recommend this location.

That was the absolute worst tasting taco bell I've ever experienced... They were very busy too, so I thought the food was going to taste fresher then it did. It taste like it was sitting on a counter for 2 hours... I ate it within 5 minutes of receiving it and the taco shells were stuck to the wrapper and had zero crunch.... I love taco bell, just not this one apparently... :(
