No sanitation methods used when serving or preparing the food. The poor employee ( who was kind and efficient)was sweating and looked in pain during the whole transaction. Then the lack of gloves was alarming. I even saw sores on the employees elbow skin that was a bit unsightly. I felt it was best to post a review about this then to hurt anyone's feelings in person. To whomever reads this review (manager/owner), please do better for your business and customers. Food was standard mall fair, as expected.

Service was decent but I was quite disgusted by the fact that NONE of the three employees wore gloves, all had long nails and no one had a hairnet on....you’re grabbing shredded cheese, pepperoni and everything else with your bare hands....using the nails as a scooper/claw.....not cool. If the situation was reversed and they were the customer I’m sure they would not be ok with that....

Sitting in the food court eating yet another slice of bad pizza. I eat lunch here once a week and have done so since the store was over by Sears. A few years back there was a managment change and it has been all downhill since. The service is generally good but the food is not. You can never count on the crust being right. Sometimes soggy, sometimes too thin. Employees freelance ingredients so it doesnt always match the menu. Currently everything is coated with oregano. Disgusting, twiggy dry oregano coating everything to excess. Really screwing up. Five month later. Don't bother with the website or the comment card. They do not respond. Friday the whole family went for pizza. 43 degrees, pouring rain. 20 mile drive and a long trek across the parking lot. Busy mall with lines in food court. Sbarro is completely shutdown at 7:05 PM. Double checked hours, said closes at 8. Girl walks out of back we ask what happened? She says closed at 7. We told her we come every Friday and 8 is closing time. AND if they were open at 7 they should still be cleaning up. This place was fully shut down. Girl walks in back without a word. Comes back a few minutes later and asks what kind of pizza we want, she will make us one. I asked her how since the place was completely shut down. She just repeated the same. This was not a comfortable situation so we stepped away. Others came and left while we talked about what to. We went for burgers and decided we had given the new owners enough time to sort things out. In 3-4 years it just keeps getting worse. We have found another place.

I’ve always loved Sbarro pizza coming into malls and seeing one again brought back childhood memories! I’m not sure why people are reviewing that the girls are rude? The one who took my order wasn’t rude or mean. She was just doing her job and taking orders. My fiancé & I got pizzas & a Stromboli which were both very delicious! I’d recommend if you want a quick bite or a craving for pizza! 🍕😋

Worst pizza I've ever had. First time I've ever had what one would describe as "plastic cheese" and the sauce was terrible as well as minimal. The pizza tasted like ketchup on Ritz crackers, which is what I used to eat as a kid when I didnt have any money. I would never pay for this kind of low quality pizza.
