What a great hidden gem. About as authentic "no fuss" Japanese food you can find at a restairant this side of the Pacific. You order with a unique card system and then the food is served by order cafeteria style. It's not going to be a typical chain asian restaurant, so don't expect to find Orange Chicken or a kids menu. Instead, have a little culinary exploration and enjoy some delicious homeade style Japanese food!

This is a must visit place if you are looking for some authentic Japanese food. The menu is very elaborate with pictures and detailed descriptions of the dishes and the dining area is huge with tables spread apart with decent spacing. Their ramen is a must try. They have fairly decent Vegetarian menu too. Highly recommend this place.

Low price, good quality, quite authentic Japanese style food. You browse the photos, pick the meals/dishes you want, take the slips, mark if extra requirement, go to the counter and pay, get the number, then find a table. They will call you the number. Not the high class venue but the price and tastes is pretty good.

The food here is great. I've been looking for some good authentic Japanese food for a while now, and I'm glad I found this place. I ordered the pork belly ramen which was excellent. The noodles had the chewy structure you want from a good ramen, and it was topped with two huge slow-cooked chunks of pork belly that melted in my mouth. For an appetizer, we ordered agedashi tofu which was perfectly fried. The restaurant itself is an interesting experience. It's set up as a window service with no servers. Self bussing is expected. You order by grabbing tickets then handing them to the person at the cashier. Very very casual place to eat. Don't be scared away by it's looks, eat the food. You won't be disappointed.
