21 different burgers This one and only Michigan Burger 21 is named for the 21 burger options they serve. There is also a Miami location for the snow birds. With so many burger options, I ordered the chicken tenders. Everything was great, the cashier was very knowledgeable and offered a water cup before I even asked. The chicken seemed to be great quality. One thing I would change would be the sauce cups. The cups are narrow and tall. This made it very hard for chicken tender dipping. I would suggest wider cups for better access to the dipping sauce.

Burger and shake were awesome. French fries and onion strings were little too abundant and salty. In the future visits, I'd go for beef cheesy burger with the fried egg + chocolate classic milkshake without whipped cream.

Very good food, you need to try the sauces. The toasted marshmallow sauce tastes like a melted bomb pop to us, like red flavored. We got a crispy chicken sandwich and one with pico on it. Both amazing.

The chicken sandwiches and fries are AMAZING!!! The 21 Sauce is phenomenal. I dipped my fries into it. Highly highly recommend this place!! They do to go orders if you're not wanting to dine in. The milk shakes are terrific, too!! Chocolate Hazlenut has toasted marshmallow and rolled wafer.

The burgers and salad were delicious! Lots of gluten free options too. In fact the best gluten free bun that I have ever had. Service was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. And really clean bathrooms and place. We will go back. Lots of variety.

I had the cheesy burger. It was pretty good, but the "special sauce" was very limited - the preparer barely put any on the burger. The onion strings need a tad more flavor. However, the shakes are great! Overall, the service is good so I'd return for sure.

The servers were so sweet and attentive and the food was really good. The restaurant was clean and we were helped and greeted immediately. Our server helped us navigate the menu and was patient. There are many good gluten free options as well which makes this a very accessible place for people who do not or cannot eat gluten. The only issue I had was that a manager or owner (or something like that) was publicly chastising these young girls (who I'm pretty sure were still teenagers) for sitting down for a moment. I hate to see this. There were not many customers in the building and they had all be helped. The restaurant was nice and clean as well so I just do not understand why he was giving those girls such a hard time. They also checked in with us regularly so it's not like they were doing nothing.

Wonderful shakes. The food looked great, and I can't wait to go back and try it. The shakes are a meal in and of themselves. They take their time making them and it's well worth it. A great staff and easy ordering, both online and in person.
